

Services
We are a NCDA certified, custom-exempt slaughter and meat processor located in Newland, North Carolina. We process domestic (cattle, hogs, sheep, goats ONLY – no poultry or rabbits) livestock year-round, and occasional wild game (call ahead). All cuts are vacuum sealed, and ground burger and sausage is placed in poly bag tubes. In addition to our meat processing services, we also offer livestock for sale, for slaughter and processing. You can purchase halves or whole cattle, hogs, sheep or goats, for processing any way you like. We work in conjunction with local farmers to find the best grass or grain-fed livestock based on your specific needs.
Pricing
Pricing changes too often to post here, so give us a quick call for our current pricing. We charge a slaughter fee, plus a price per hanging weight pound to process the animal that you bring to us.
Hanging Weight
Hanging weight is defined as the total weight of the animal carcass after
removal of hide, head, hooves, and internal organs.
Livestock Care
All livestock have access to fresh water in our holding pen. We do not slaughter any animal on the day it arrives, so that we may humanely allow it to calm down and de-stress while it is here.
